In Colombia: 3-7 business days. In Latin America: 7-15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

When is free shipping available?

We offer free shipping in Colombia for purchases of $350,000 COP or more.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all of Colombia and most Latin American countries. Check availability at checkout.

We currently operate online and have our own physical store, which allows us to offer better prices and shipping throughout Latin America.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to return products that are in their original condition with tags attached. See our Returns Policy for more details.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the product is defective or there was an error on our part, we cover the cost. If it's due to a change of mind, the customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
